Richmond- I'm on the Xray Canada team.

Keith- The gears are just a normal straight bevel cut, but the 4 small gears are much smaller than the standard gears, like about the same size as the gears in a Revo diff. Check out this link to get a better idea of how the new diff works; http://www.kaazusa.com/introductionToLS ... To_LSD.htm

Whitey4311- I've got 2 gallons on my active diff and there is only tiny bit of wear on one of the clutches. I figure the lifespan of this diff should be within about 80% of a standard diff. SO as far as i can tell they are very durable.
