Now that I found the right thread for these! Running Max Power M5, MSR 1005 Pipe, JR9000T steering and JR9000S throttle (love them servo's).

J Concepts CRT Ver2 body fits perfectly. Air filter has plenty of room, and it is much more snug on the chassis then the stocker (which is terrible IMO). Got another body on the way from Czech It Out Designs, but I just got this one yesterday, courtesy of Looped Designs (please excuse the glue on the tires...had a bad tire glueing episode)

Looks good gtsum!! no worries about the glue job. I tried glueing up a set after having a few adult beverages,,,and it didnt work out to good.

Yesterday I've won the trophee in the Nitro class of the Bigscale Monster Truck Cup in the Netherlands with my Sirio S27s powered XT8... I've won 3 of the 4 races this year, alle three with the Xray! (The other race I came in second with my Hong Nor X1-CRT...)

I am wondering what tool to use for cutting a big round hole in the windshield . I am using an ofna reamer but it doesnt make that kinda big hole.

Its called a hole saw that attaches to a drill and is often used for makign holes in doors for door knobs. Use the smallest one and it will make a perfectly round hole then clean the edges with a dremel or x-acto.

Costco or Sams club has a nice $50 300 piece drill bit set that has them in it.

This is not the one. but I have seen one that had a smaller profile with a bigger blade.

I use my Hudy reamer to make the corner holes then whip out the dremel to make the finish hole. I dont make a huge hole in the windshield, just due to the fact that I cut most of the rear of the truggy body out for cooling airflow out the back and to release the captured air out from under the body.
