I'll second that.

All the sets of rims I use (they are all XRAY) rub against the steering rod end. I groove is starting to appear on the offset end (which already looks weaker than the standard rod end) after just 3 race meetings.

When the car is off the track, at full throw the inside edge of the rim is about 3mm away from the rod end?

i have not had to replace my rod ends yet as the rubbing is not that extreme. i would just like to know if some of the team drivers are having this problem or not.
