Now what about these oils why do some specify shock or diff and some just say silicone oil? Are they all the same and I am just looking for the weight I want?

They are all the same, just silicone oil. The 'weight' or viscosity of the oil is what is different. You can run 3000 weight oil in your shocks and 200 wt oil in your diffs, but it won't be the best option, so people kind of separate the two at about the 1000 wt mark. Meaning anything below 1000 wt is most commonly used in shocks and the opposite is true for diffs where people most commonly use anything at or above 1000 wt in diffs

Are there various pistons that come in the kit or do I need to get some different sizes like the 1.3 that are in that set up link?

Run 2 hole 1.5 mm straight hole pistons with 700f and 600r.

The Nova Rossi mount is the one for the Werks engines, I and a few others have just noticed that the holes don't line up as well as with the Nova Rossi. I imagine the Picco one wouldn't fit at all.

Having it as a back-up has nothing to do with its performance trust me. It is an amazing motor that I put a gallon or so through it in my buggy. I have since moved my Hot Mods Nova Rossi Plus 21-7T from my truggy to my buggy and put the new Hot Mods Nova Rossi 367 in my truggy. I honestly can't pick a favorite between these 3 motors, I just like to have a solid back-up with lots of life in it.

As far as other plugs, hopefully someone else can chime in. Not all turbo plugs are the same so I don't want you to get the wrong ones. If the Nova Rossi ones work I would reccomend those as they give you lots of options (cold/medium/hot and short/long body). The reason I am unsure is that the Werks TL21B7 I run is not the new competition version and it uses standard instead of turbo plugs.

For the engine mount if the holes dont line up as well how do you get it in?

Run O.S. P-3 Ultra hot plugs in this motor along with Werks Race blend fuel, its expensive but it runs great!

When you couple the motor to the mount, tighten each screw then back each one out about half a turn, once you get the motor situated, take each screw out individually, and loctite them and tighten them down.
