I run about 3mm at ride height. It all depends on your track and what you are after. In example, I run on asphalt.

You can look at one of if it will help you. (Currently only shows correctly in IE)

Thanks for the link. It helped out some.

Right now the droop on the front of my car is about +1.6mm, as best as I can measure. If I lower it any more than that then the ball cups on the steering linkage start to rub and hit the edges of the chassis.

From your setup sheet I would assume that you are using the adjustable turnbuckle in the front as well, yet you have a lower droop. Do you have any problems with clearance of the steering linkage?
