Will this make the car better if all the bearing on the NT1 were to be ceramic bearing??

I'd never noticed the difference between normal and ceramic but only the lifespan of the bearing.

I used to do this at my last car (not XRAY) and it proved to be better.
But currently my NT1 roll just as easy as my last car. So up to now I wouldn't change. But if one of your bearings will fail, then I would change.

I use 2 sets of ball bearings. I drive my car all the training days and when I prepare my car for the qualification, I change all bearings and drive them the hole weekend.

At home, I clean the "old" bearings, so that there are ready for the next race

I've noticed the blue bearing seals let dirt in. After removing them as recommended with a hobby knife there are small crescent shaped gaps where I can see the inner ball bearings shine through.

I usually flip this side to be on the inner hub so less dirt can get in, but I've never seen bearings get so dirty so fast. The seal should be a softer compound to "seal better", no?

This is why I am debating for ceramic w/ more of a seal that I don't have to worry about as much.

Does Xray make bearing seals w/ a softer compound?
