Here's my NT1 ready to race

Nice job man. Do you have anything to add to the manual? Any probs, difficulties?

I'm picking mine up at 7 o clock tonight (greek time), I cannot wait, it is a thing of beauty.

No problems.
but only one maybe, you must have a new 2mm allen key, because plastic are toot hard to tight the screws!!!

For testing the first time on big track, put 100.00 in front dif and 30.000 in the rear.

oil 600 - 1 hole (reglab piston) in the front - dark blue Mugen MTX4 springs
oil 600 - 2 holes (reglab piston ) in rear - dark blue MTX4 springs

transmission is really short, buy directly 17/22 pignons

the is very good, easy with a lot of steering.

I want to share my set up that make the car easier than the original set-up.

Front
- dif: 100.000
- absorber: 600 - adjustable piston 1 hole - lowest position
- harder spring (for the moment Mugen light or dark blue)
- trackwidth : 198mm
- camber: -2° (at ride hight)
- toe out: 1°
- downstop : 2mm
- ride height: 4mm (61mm diameter tyres)
- caster: the big at the bottom of the arm
- axle positionning: middle high
- Ackermann: middle front

Rear
- dif : 30.000
- absorbers: 600 - adjustable piston 2 holes - lowest position
- stock springs
- trackwidth: 199mm
- camber: - 3° (at ride hight) - 1mm shim on the upright
- toe in : -3°
- dowstop: 5mm
- ride hightl: 5mm (63mm diameter tyres)
- axle positionning: lowest

25 t front pulley with 2mm difference front/rear tyres

This set-up is good for a standard driver.
The setup of the notice is made for top class driver I think!!!!

I enjoy this car.

Did anyone have a problem with leaking Diff, it looks like it is coming from the screws, any ideas?

Romuald31 if I need to reopen my diff to check it would that mean losing an O ring ??

No leaking diff but when changing to thicker\thinner oil the seal is already broken or not usable anymore

My solution for now is to buy seals from that other brand, they are thicker but will fit when you place it carefully.

The diff leaking is mostly a matter of screwing it to tight and\or filling to much, that doesnt mean i am happy with the current O-ring that is used!

This kind of things alway's show when enough people start to drive with new cars, but sofar i am dissapointed on the gearing (18 euro to replace) and the diff matter (doesnt cost much but it can spoil your planned raceday)

Is Xray planning to do something about the gearing and O-ring issue?
