Could you please give me an idea of making my pipe as clean as possible ? I hate it when the whole car + engine shines and cant get rid of this filth. It seems to be like "cement ".

At this stage only sanding off the dirt and repolishing the pipe will do.
If only more pipes were chromed, dirt never ever sticks or burns onto a chrome plated pipe and it can be wiped off easily.

and small amount of something wet to slightly soften the sugar. Something that comes out of your mouth works fine... and I'm not talking about throwing up.

works like a charm on chromed pipe, those polished ones are bit more picky due to the softer material surface.
