M18Pro - Wrong Size Countersinking = Broken Chassis

Mario,

I will ask the question in a other way. Perhaps then you will give me some answers.

1° if you look at the picture is there in your opinion a possibility of getting a new chassis for free.

2° Gif us the measurements of the countersunk and max tolerances for a chassis that is considered to be OK.

This will give us the means to measure them before we send our chassis to Xray.
If the countersunk are whit in tolerance there is no need to send you the chassis.
The only thing we can do then is buy us a new one and save the money and trouble of sending it to Xray.

I just spoke to my local HD and he did what Xray wont do, he realized that this isnt right so I´m gonna get a new car from him, that is what I call service minded, moore then I can say about team xray :shock:

I've sent mine in about 9 days ago. When you receive my chassis what kind of turn around can we expect? Not a rush since fall season is not here yet. Just curious.

the x ray process is just way too drawn out. X Ray helped me decide to stick with an aftermarket CF chassis. I will run Exotek chassis. I am lucky to have both the 140mm and 150mm versions.....
Exotek is the new name for Motek......

Mario,

Just received my chassis back from X-RAY. Everything is great, the countersunk holes are perfect and the turn around time was alot faster than I expected. Thank you very much for correcting a slight defect. I can't wait for winter racing season to start again. From what I had tested and raced against my X-RAY M18 PRO is unbeatable !!!!

Hi,
I received my chassis back 3 weeks ago and I'm now very pleased with the countersinking, as good as the old M18 carbon chassis.
