Yes i too just noticed that in instructions, easiest way i found to do this is to put disc in between pads and then squeeze pads together with disc in middle and tighten screws until u have about 0.5mm of a gap between the screw head and the pad(the 0.5mm is just a estimation, just make sure top and bottom screws are the same).
Then when u run car if u find the brake lever has to rotate along way to engage maybe screw inboth screws 1/4 of a turn then re try. To screw the screws in further this is easy to do by removing left rear wheel and theres 2 holes in the side of the rear bulkhead to do this.
As for disc rubbing on cam, i havent noticed that, ill have a look at mine and see if its doing it too, i guess if you need to just grind a tiny bit off it to make it not rub, or if anyone else has had this issue im sure they will let us know a quick easy fix.
