Yes the Diff`s come pre built,
But what sponse is talking about is the front one way lube! u use it lube ur front one way ur center one way and all other one ways! I find the xray one way lube to be the best!

No the One way diff is not prebuilt. There are 3 different ways to put the Multi-Diff together, so with Xray not knowing what one you want to use, it is not assembled.

This is very disappointing that shock oil and diff lube (which I don't need) is included in the kits but no One Way Oil, which leaves me stuck with a new car in parts and stuck on the second step until I find ONE WAY OIL online and get it shipped to me.

Again, really cheap. All I need is two drips of stinkin' One way Oil for my $400 car! What a turn off! Gotta say, this is very disappointing!

That does seem a bit weird. They include enough shock oil to top up the shocks like 50 times, and enough diff lube to build like 30 diffs.

Nope. The one-way bearings only need to be lubed when you run the one-way or solid one-way setups.
