I received my instructions on what to do to send my chassis in for inspection. I will play nice and send it in first thing Monday morning.

I'm trying to remember if any Xray drivers had issues with the graphite chassis that Xray released for the original M18????? Nope, I don't remember seeing, reading or hearing about any broken M18 chassis back then. The size of holes used back then was perfect and should have carried over to the M18Pro.

There are other issues with the Pro that I could also address like old hubs in some of the kits (mine) and ill fitting battery strap (way to high above batteries)

One thing at a time though.

I just got my Pro, I was looking forward to start to race 1:18 touring, but when I got it i noticed the screw doesnt fit the chassie at all !!! And now I can see that I´m not alone !!

I have had three other xray´s and the quality on thoose where so good and I thougt it should be tha same on this M18Pro, but no...it wasnt !!!! :evil:

Its Very bad of Xray not replace the chassies right away, now I have to buy a new chassie to a car that is already a "racecar" ?? That is what I call crappy !!! I will recommend every member of our club not to buy Xray, and we are just started to race 1:18 touring and we have alot of members !!

Is there any chance of getting a new chasssie if I send it in ???

my chassie split on the battery posts fwd and aft mount, first time I ran the car. I have been racing my old m18 mod ( with the cf kit) all last season with out any dammage. the new one are just to fragile because of those countersinks/wrong headed screws. this car should in my opinion not have the xray luxery kit stamped on it, caus this is not normal xray qualety. this low qualety is what I have gotten used to other brands have, but not xray......

Why dont say that thoose chassies that has this defect with the big holes will you replace ???????? They are poor quality, thats fore sure !
