XRAY - Model racing cars

Nomadio's feature list is great, but their quality is inconsistant. I owned a sensor for a month or some, it had a really weak signal and one of my transceivers would drop connection randomly (only about 30ft away from my car). Not to mention the quality of the transmitter is utterly pathetic. I now have a KO EX-10 Helios, very nice. The menus aren't the best, but it is really comfortable and it is a radio I can trust! Which for me is the most important thing. Before my EX-10 I used an Airtronics MX-3 which was an awesome radio, basic but super reliable. Airtronics has the best menus out of all the radios, but its not as comfortable as the KO.

I have never had a problem with my Nomadio Sensor in over a year of owning one. One of the best RC purchases I've ever made.

Futaba 3PKS with the FASST 2.4 ghz system is super reliable and wicked fast. If you can tell the difference between the speed of the Nomadio and the Futaba you should not be racing R/C; F1 is your calling .

Futaba 3PKS. Been using a Fut radio for about 25 years, couldnt be happier.

Nomadio's a really nice radio with all the bells and gismos,,but it is a UGLY radio!!! lol!

the Helios is a nice radio, got a chance to try one out last summer.

But I have to say the Nomadio Sensor ROCKS! Used to have a Spektrum DX3 and was considering M11's, 3PKS's, Helios as a replacement but I picked a Sensor and I'm VERY glad I did! Nomadio's customer service is also GREAT!

I had a similar problem as problem WheelNut did and they said "send it back to us" and I did and Nomadio sends me a NEW Sensor! From Canada to the USA and back in less than 2 weeks!!!

You can't go wrong with Nomadio! From the great radios to the great service. Nomadio's the way to go! Not only that but they're an American company. Now how can you beat that?

Well would say that the Futaba is the best option, how ever we don't have
the airtronics and nom... whatever over here.
I have an Futaba 3 PJ for several years now and it never Failed me.. had it cleaned last year and it felt like it was brand new ( Steering ) they don't make the PJ anymore and have now the PK. In my opinion a worthy replacement but i think the PJ is better Build and one thing i do now is that it is better Balanced. I also have the Spectrum and it is great, just turn on that Transmitor and you can work on your car and no one has a problem.
