definatly getting some side thrust there.
are the bolts staying tight and are they in good condition ie not bent.
is the cnc arm holder worn where it meets the chassis
is the chassis worn where it meets the cnc arm holder.
any of these will break the spigots on the diff housing.
check the rear bolts on the diff housing as well.

Your arms are pretty well worn also. The excess play in the arms on the hingepin may be pulling on the hingepin, resulting in your problem. Make sure all your pieces are still in the proper shape (i.e. not bent) and replace the arms.

everything is in good condition concerning chassis /cnc arm...they only thing that might goes wrong is that the holes of the arms have an oval shape . they look like an egg. hingepin has a small play left/right . ajoiner you think this might be the issue ????.... and thanks for the prompt reply !

Crasher,

I'm not 100% sure, but it definitely is not helping any. Make sure there is no binding in your upper suspension arms as well. It looks like you're running the XB8R? I made this chart for the upper arm roll center a while back based off David Joor's findings on the original XB8. It'll help prevent the upper arms from binding up on you and causing premature wear and subpar performance.

Hey Adam, can this chart be applied to the TQ as well? I also was wondering if you had a chart for the rear roll center??

thanks

dalejrrocks,

The TQ uses a different front lower suspension block than the standard XB8. The older Xb8 had a front block that allowed for toe adjustments up to 2* at the pin holder. This caused the upper arms to bind if they were not parallel, hence the chart :).

With the TQ, just match your upper bushings with the ones you use for kick-up and you'll never have to worry about the upper arms. Remember to work the suspension up and down a few times with no spacers on the upper pin to allow for optimal position, then add the spacers/clips to keep it there.

There isn't a chart for the rear roll center. The chart I made is just for the front to prevent binding of the upper arms.
