Everyone telling me my TQ is crap

When I first got the TQ I was amazed at how rigid the car was. I am not a smooth driver. At a local race one of the XRay sponsored drivers suggested that I remove, YES REMOVE, the rear chassis brace as a short term fix. My lap times improved dramatically!! The car became much softer and much more forgiving.

I found a problem with this in that I tear the rear hole out of my body. Not good. So I ordered the soft arms and put both plastic chassis braces on the car. This is supposed to make it better for our rough tracks in the South.

Well i've driven kyosho, turbo inferno, mp5, mp777, mp777SP1 and SP2.
Got an TQ, build it like the manual said and driven the car and it felt already better than any previous buggy's i owned. The half racing scene in the Netherlands switched to Kyoso after they had an Hyper, Mugen, etc.
that's one reason that i switched to the Ray. Other reason is the Loose Rear end on the MP 777, and the maintenence. Take your time to learn to set up the car and you will see that the only decission that you can make is keep the ray and drive all those Numb Nuts off the track :lol:
