XRAY - Model racing cars

Hello, I am going to Silver State this year and would like to know if anyone has setup tips? I have heard the track is very loose and also very rough. My local track is very smooth and small so my setup should be useless. Any help would be appreciated.

I would recomend looking @ team driver Rich Panganibans rough track set up on file. He is very familiar with the Silver State track. I believe his set up is based off SS.

Rich, I seem to have issues getting Xray clutch shoes. Can you recommend shoes from anyone else?

If you can't get the Xray shoes, the Sportwerks Aluminum shoes are practically the same. You should be able to get the Xray 1.71's from where ever you get your Xray parts from.

Thanks for the fast response. The issue is back order. I do my best to buy local and they are back ordered there as well as at A-Main. Also I am the only Xray driver here in Albuquerque NM so nothing is stocked. Thanks again for the fast response.

here is a good place to get xray parts and he usually has quite a bit.
