And while you go through TeamGPs and Paul's posts I suggest you also check the wheels, especially at the rear. With rubber tyres the wheels sometimes get warped a bit which leads to continuously changing camber and toe while driving. On the straights this can make the car difficult to keep straight too. If this is your problem then you would have trouble keeping a straight line all the way down the straight, not just the first few meters/yards.

thanks guys for the repsonse ..... the only way to explain it is yes its very unstable but only for the first few yards out of tight corners. once the car settles after that its fine.

E.G down a long straight in to a long sweeper, then into an oposite long sweeper holding full power no probs car was fine(i was taking these faster than most drivers on the day), but get in to the twisty stuff and its all over the place i cant get on the power soon enough cuz the car is unsettled give it 2-3 yards into the straight and its fine.... but seems to have plenty of grip just seem to rock side to side mid to late corner and in it to the first part of the straight.

i have run the front and rear arms at -.75 allround on this setup, other than the wollowing out from tight corners its been ok. i have seen other people have setups with the rear set to -.75 and front is centred would this help....

this is the first setup that i have had with this car where the rear doesnt suffer with over steer its just the wollowing now, its as though its too
soft or maybe the servo is sticking (i shall be stripping the servo out to test just incase). its so hard to explain all i can say is once its up to speed it carries it speed well through sweepers with out any probs noticed.

now what teamgp has said makes perfect sence BUT do i adjust a little on my setup that sort of works, OR shall i go for broke. my thoughts are that if i adjust to much too soon i wont be able to work out what benefits and what doesnt.

this is the setup i used with great success, when i saw your final the car was loose on the rear on corner exit as you said, try taking the foam out the rear shocks this should give you more rear grip along with taking the last two flex screws out. I'm not that good with setups but found that a higher front ride height helps keep the weight distribution more to the rear.
