diaframs in shock

have any of you guys had the same problem with your shocks that the diaframs gets dammaged? mine get scored all of the time and almost every time I rebuild my shocke 1 or 2 are punctured. and I have to replace them

You barely tighten them. I made the same mistake when I hand tightened them too much.

ill try that, but the score are almost on top of the bubbel, like that the piston have been in contact

Why not add some external small silicone tubes to help it from traveling that far up?

I have already done that :-)

have put one shock oring on around the schock rod above the spring holder
