Vullis wins the 'Balsacup' M18!

After 9 races we have a winner: Vullis. The firt two races the motors was unlimited. He drove with a Mamba 8000. After 5 races the jury ristricted the motor setup. Allmost everybody changed his motor to a 180. Vullis was very competitief with it. At the last race he beats the nr. 1 of the ranking, Mish :cry:

, and win the competition! Kees was this competition very solide. His ranking was 3e.

The new competition is again simply. We drives 9 races (3 heats at evening). The number last of a race gets 1 point, the second last 2 point, ect. Only the 6 best races count for the competition.

On this moment we restricted the motors. Only the 180 of Graupner, i believe it's the 320, and the Graupner 300 7.2V is alloud. Next week we start the second competition.

Or just get me a M18 to complete the family: M18 > M18T > M18MT. :lol:

As being an offroad nitro junkie, I chose the M18T as a step between true on-road and a bit off-road. But the M18 is not that expensive, so perhaps I might get one for x-mas. They fit well underneath the x-mas tree. :wink:

@Roelof: Schijf is a bit to far away for just fun racing (I will certainly be worst rookie of the year).

Thanks for the offer. I come from Beverwijk, near Haarlem. So it's 40 km. to Vinkeveen or just 155 km to Schijf. Think I'll choose for the latter if I had a M18. :wink:

Have to wait for x-mas.

Meanwhile I'll try to get some onroad experience with my M18T at the indoor track in Heemskerk (RC Speedworld). That's just 3 km. from home.

Tomorrow is our weekly offroad bashing day at Hoogtij in Westzaan (near Zaandam). Few weeks ago filmed some, have a look to get an impression. At 7:30 mins my M18MT gets squashed by a Hörmann Bigscale Truck. :shock:

But it survived. :lol:
