I just rebuilt both diffs, using 6 in either gives a rough feel, 7 nice and smooth.

I just tried a diff with 7 thrust bearing balls and it does feel better. Should all T2R diffs be assembled this way?

I really hate to sound like an echo of other posts but my LHS ordered me a T2R a few weeks ago and they still have no info to give me. Is there any kind of time table on the shipment of these cars to the US?

My diffs have also gotten smoother just from use - one has 6 thrust balls, one has 7 and they are both smoother than when I first built them. The break in process really does make a difference. On the subject of plastic outdrives - mine show no signs of wear at all yet. enricopalazzo, are you using the "blades"?
