You are right, I have a very specific driving style, trying to increase all the time the corner speed. This is why my set-up could appear amazing for some people.
I think each driver has to experiment the setting, looking for the best compromise between speed and drivability whatever the track conditions.
This knowledge is probably the most difficult one to get, but it comes with the experience, by working and spending some hours at the track and testing everything. It is so interesting, I really enjoy, may be more than racing

This is all very interesting.

I had previously only really thought about setting the car up for the trak surface etc with no real thought going into setting it up for corner speed. But as pointed out i can see how many seconds can be lost or gained here. Normally i am about 1-3 seconds per lap off TQ and knowing how little 1 sec a lap is, but also how hard it seems to be to make it up, the best way to make up that lost second or two seems to me working on setup that allows the power to be kept on a bit more through corners.

Now i just need to spend countless hours at coventry!!

First, I am sorry not to answer to your message but I really don't come often in the Forum.

Concerning the US track style, I've competed my first race in US with XRAY during the last week and have posted off course my set-up.
The track was very large and quite flat, with medium grip and many many jumps ! I've been really lucky during the buggy qualifying and made many mistakes during the main but the car was very good. i suggest the one who are interesting to see my US set-up online ...

Concerning the active diff, it becomes hard onpower when there is a couple transmitted. Off power you can have the hardness you want with the silicone oil inside. So this diff is very good as it let you get the offpower steering you want (the softer oil you use, the more offpower steering you have) and always give you maximum onpower steering and traction being very hard when you throttle ...

I think this diff will be available soon, Mario should confirm ...
