Try making sure that your rear bulkheads are mounted squarely...

* Remove your battery and motor if they are there.
* Loosen all of the screws holding both top decks & the chassis onto the rear bulkheads
* Mount the aluminum brace in its standard mounting position in between the rear bulkheads. If you already have it mounted, then loosen the screws.
* Tighten all the screws back to where they are barely snug, but will still alow you to move the bulkheads with a little force. Do the aluminum brace screws first, then the chassis screws and finally the top deck screws. Tighten the top and bottom pairs that are closest to the front of the car a little tighter so they will hold the front bulkhead position better.
* Unscrew the aluminum brace screws and place it behind the rear diff, in between the rear bulkheads and close to the chassis. If it isn't a snug fit, then slightly push the rear of the bulkheads in so that it is snug. If it won't go in between them, then pull the rear of the bulkheads out until the brace fits snug.
* Tighten all of the chassis and top deck screws back down, while placing the aluminum brace at different front to rear points in between the rear bulkheads to make sure it stays square
* If you plan on using the aluminum brace, then mount it back into its normal position

Try it and let us know if it helps.

Keep in mind that it is ok and common to have a slight variation between the left and right toe-in readings. Anything up to .25d is ok and shouldn't affect the handling adversely.

FYI...I've hit the rear wheels of my T2 on a few boards lately and the current toe-in readings are 1.75d (left) and 1.25d (right) which amounts to a 0.5d difference. I'm sure the hits slightly twisted the composite rear uprights. However, the car is as fast as ever, easy to drive that way consistently and comes to a halt in a straight line (with a solid one-way configuration).

Thanks for the tip, I'll try squaring every thing up when I go practice today, I'll post tonight with the results, gotta get this car to work so I can start practicing for Clevland in November.
