You will need to check which pullies are mounted, there are 2 kinds. A low ratio (2.125 ratio) en 1.77 (new 1.77 ratio).
If there is a number (32) on the pully they are the new 1.77 pullies.

Do NOT use locktite on the screws!

When the car is new, the screws on the bulkheads may come loose after a couple of packs. But when the car has been used a bit and the screws have been in and out a few times they will stay put. You only need to check them once in a while.

At least thats my experience.

Ole is right. In fact once you've run the car a couple of times it is best to unscrew the bulkheads every two races or so or you may have trouble getting the screws out later. Also, DO NOT overtighten the screws as again you will have trouble getting them out.

Ok, no locktite on the screws then.

Having some problem to se if there is an first or second generation Evo2.

Any suggestions how to find that out just looking at a picture?

Yes, first there was the Xray T1 EVO2 (only pivot ball) and than in year 2003 there was the Xray T1 EVO2 Freedom Of Choice Edition (pivot ball + c-hub). Check this link where you can find more info

3 mins on 3 volts is fine. however nothing beats a test day at the track or even better a race day. Run a battery in race conditions check the brushes & go on from there. Armed with this info you should see a better performance in your 19T.

BTW was your motor dynoed? if so what were the ratings?
