My FK has white springs all round, I race on a tight carpet track using a stock motor and foam tyres with additive.
The car has great punch off the start line, good top end down the straight but through twisty chicanes seems slow, I can hold the car on full throttle and just steer left right left etc through most of the corners.Is it possible that too much grip will slow the car down in any way? It's puzzling me.
Other peoples cars seem to go through the chicanes with more speed.
Am I scrubbing off speed somehow?
