Switch those M3 nylock nuts that hold the rear upper inner balls in shock tower into flanged nuts. When the ball starts to wear and the ballcup can move back and forward... there's a risk it can come over the nut in a heavy landing. Small thing but would make that area bulletproof.

And yes, I know It's time to switch parts when they get sloppy but there isn't always chance for that or the movement is left unnoticed.

Something like this: http://www.zoomkarts.com/pi/tn_nut113.jpg

Or the other option is a bit longer screw and a small shim.

I would like window masks in the kit.

I like the Xray fuel gun too. But don't wait too long or I will have the new rb one.

By the way, this is my first buggy. I'm still building the kit but I'm very impressed with the quality of the TQ. Thanks Xray. :D

I'd like to see a Xray Hoodie and a XB* Bag the same as what you can get for the Mugen.

I was just thinking of carbon fiber mud guards

1/8 buggies can simply run under any weather conditions. But never a company makes raincoats for them. I have always seen funny installations under wet conditions. I have a few suggestions here:

1. AIR FILTER COVER- something like that found in Kyosho air filter set but should be made of polycarbonate or composite, necessary to be slim, flexible and lightweight.

2. FUEL TANK COVER - a movable and lockable polycarbonate cover that sits on the left side of the front windshield. This will protect mud from sticking around the fuel tank lid but will also block some heat dissipation. Although the fuel tank has built in filter, but only blocks debris, muddy water will still mix with the nitro, imagine what would happen! This cover should require simply trimming and drilling, and if it can work in cooperation with the fuel tank lid, it will be even better!

3. MUD SCRAPERS - hopefully can work also in the front end, should be made of strong yet flexible composite. Expected to be installed with a certain angle so that mud will be pushed to the outside or inside of the rims.

Besides these 3 rain equipments, I would also like to see a front wing for 1/8 buggies. The design should be as simple as 1/10 2WD buggy ones which is made of polycarbonate. But requires Team Xray to think how to detach the body without interference.

Thx

Joaquim

Maybe put some metal inserts in the bulkheaded where the four anchor bolts that hold it to the chassis are. After changing the diff oils about a million times, the threads start to weaken and strip. Then, on a rough track, it will start to pull the screws out. The bulkhead is still good, just the four holes underneath will strip. This has happed eventually on every buggy i've had so far, so it not just this buggy.

Oh yeah, not sure if i've said this. Make the rear outer lower pivot pins a thicker diameter. Me and others i've heard have problems with them bending or even braking on rough track conditions.

Maybe the new thicker TQ arms will help, but i havn't tried them yet.

Adjustable ( toe-in/toe-out ) front c-hubs for the TQ. Since we lost the in-board toe adjustment, maybe Xray can cook something up like the way they did for the rear. :D

A rear Tourque brace similar to Mugen
Centralised Fuel Tank
Shorter one piece Engine mount to increase flex
On board camber mesurement for quick accurate adjustment
Black Wheels ( You do the wing ? )
PT placement nearer the front of the car
Shock absorbant Pipe mount
Optional Wheel scrapers front and rear ( It rains a lot in the UK :) )
Mud deflection guard front and rear ( Most racers make their own fron discarded lexan)

Can't think of much else
