Mark, once he has the line sealed, Crank the engine to prime, watching the line to fill up, he will hear the engine rpm raise, stop cranking, install plug driver and start eng. Noneed to open plug. Then again W an open throttle he wont be draw ay fuel . he wont see any air in the line.

True enough, but i still find i get bubbles in my line even with the fuel tubing zip tied to the nipples on the engine and fuel tank occasionally. I also find it helps when i have a new battery in the starter box, as just tapping it down with the exhaust covered floods the engine because it turns over so fast haha!

Its not something you should be doing every time, just when you have major problems getting it going i've found that it can really help.
