I am pretty happy with the set up I have now, the only problem i'm having is when I get offline into the loose dirt, the car is extra loose.There is a LOT of loose dirt on a hard pack surface, it is really bad, not just a little slide but it goes into a 360.If I raised the ride height would the car stick to the track better?I was thinking about lowering the shocks 1 hole on the towers, would this make the car bite a little more in the corners?What would this do to the steering entering the corners, I don't want to sacrafice turn in, but wouldn't this make it turn in better? There is another guy running a ton of ride height on a dirty K car and it seems to stick to the track very well(I know there are a ton of variables involved) but what are your thoughts on rasing it up a bit?Arms are about just level right now on rebound.

I think it's more about your anti-squat and shock oil set-up. Try using 40-45 wt. in the rear with the 1.5 straight pistons. Tires could also play a major part. I run my rear with the universal parallel to the ground and have found it to have bite just the same if my ride height were higher in the rear.

A good way is to compare your set-up with other drivers. Good luck. :wink:

Leaning the shocks in will make them act as if they are softer, but they will get more progressive throughout the travel. I and most others around here run their shocks almost all the way laid in.
As far as the ride height goes, if you raise it, it may give it the feeling of more traction as it rolls, but will make it twitchier because the weight is higher. Since the CG is higher, it should generate more traction because it will transfer more of the weight laterally as the car rolls in a corner. It is a simple adjustment, so it won't hurt to try it at the track, throw some 3 or 2mm spacers on the shocks and run it, and have your pit buddy take them out in mid run so you can tell the difference very easily.
And as Richmond said, 80% (give or take) of the setup is your tires...
