Wow, that does look way better now. It looks wider, and accomodates the exhaust way better than the original body. Reading through the forums, I got the Mazda body for my NT18, but I haven't painted it yet. I'm not as good as most of you guys with the paint. :D

I see you also have the NT18T exhaust sytem on your NT18, how well does it fit the body compared to the original NT18 exhaust?

the nt18t exhaust fits the body perfect.
it also fits the original body much better.

as for the paintjob ( mine on the cars are very bad theyvere done in 1 hour with my airbrush)
using liquid mask everybody can paint like the pros

See they reshaped the body. Took away the air duct the original body had. I see the two piece exhaust,Look good. Brought the assembly approx, 10mm to the rear.

thanks for the coment of the picĀ“s :-) ( those are my driving bodys, the ones for looks are not in that series of picturs)

the main reason for changing the exhaust is not performance or looks.
you will for sure get lots of more bottom end power wit the 2 pice and the abilety to adapt exhaust lenght to the track you are racing.

the main reason for the change are simpel !!! the stock one bends after the first tumbel and will melt right in to your fule tank if not corrected right after the crash, after bending the pibe back several times fatiqe will develope and it will crack. the 2 pice holds up much better, and it also sits a littel more inside the chassi, only one inch are in the critical zone compared to almost 3. it also sounds much better with the 2 pice, and has a larger surface to help dispatch heate than the original one.

Thanks for the response!! Performance I know about. I run a large track that covers 1/8 & 1/10th scales. Got them at a longer distance apart, then short. The shorter the pipe, the more heat it generates, in a longer track. I run the NT18 and Nt18T, I'm still concern with the NT18, cuz the pipe still protudes the chassis. Having roll overs and flips, still have tentancy to to hit the stinger of pipe, and distort the pipe, and change pipe length. No problem with 18T. Sound wise! like it be longer, has a deeper sound,(big block) .21 sound.

What do you mean by dispatch heate To where?? Don't understand!!
