Just make sure the O-rings are still in good condition, replace the diff gasket as needed. Other than that seal the diff cases with the rtv liquid gasket stuff.

Franchise - If you run the light oils in the front and middle, you'll need to re-fill them more often.

How often is more often? I was planning on doing mine every 4 gallons. Is that not often enough? How about every gallon? Is that a little too often?

I re-do mine before every main. You don't need to do it that often, but I've just got in the habit of doing it . I would definitely recommend you re-fill them after a couple races though, as the oil "burns" because they unload so much harder.
