Actually my home track is for 1/8 and 1/10 cars. The longest straight is 59m long and my little blue head is almost reving to Nirvana
For that reason, I tried the stock 23T clutch bell with a 38T spur gear. Of course you can feel the little lose of acceleration, but you sure pic up some speed on the straight and you don't have to worry about high revs.
The only thing us, with this gear ratio the clutch bell is extremly close to the brake disc. I think next time I go for a 25T clutch - 40T spur gear.
