T2 parts availability in the UK

It's now 5 months since the T2 was launched. Why is it that there are standard kit parts which are still not available from the UK distributor?

How long does it take for Mirage to get parts from Xray? My model shop has no idea when I might see my parts. In the mean time, my T2 is on the shelf...

Where are you located?, our local store carries a large stock of T2 parts on the shelf. What do you need?

I need C hub bushings 302291 which not even Mirage have in stock

Mirage had the C-hub bushing ages ago, I had mine as soon as they came into the country. They must just be waiting on another batch, you can check their website for parts to see if they are in stock.

As ever the best way to go about resolving your problem is to first contact your LHS and make sure they put the order in with the distributor. Quite often shops will wait until they can submit a significant order before placing it. Assuming the order was placed the next point of contact is the distributor to check they actually received the order from your LHS and are processing it. Also check whether they have the parts in stock and if not whether they have them on order.

Mirage makes an excellent job in supplying the XRAY spare parts so I am sure if there is any part available from XRAY they will have it too, so I believe your problem is an individual case and I am sure we can find solution to it.

To be able to analyse your problem you need to email to info@teamxray.com with this info:
- what you have ordered (listing part numbers)
- what quantity you have ordered
- when did you order the parts
- at which hobby shop did you place the order?

Based on this information it will be easy for Mirage to trace if and when they got the order from your dealer and if/when the parts were dispatched. You will get alternative solutions how to get the parts too for sure.
