The cooperation between the Xray drivers was TOP. I (as a beginner) had a great weekend and finished overall as 28th in modified. Made some stupid mistakes in all qualifiers and ended up in the C-final 8th place. In the 1st final I ended up in 9th place because of a tire problem. In the second final I finished 5th close to the leaders. The laptimes were close and all races were exiting to attend or look at.
The car was great and sharing setup between all xray drivers made us strong. During testing on Saterday we even devided some tests over the drivers to learn faster. I hope we can keep this going for the rest of the season. I even want to add that also drivers with other brands were welcome with me get some help
. The 2 degrees caster with minimum track width in the front and spool gave me a very stable car with lots of steering at corner entry off throttle (due to caster / track width) and also at corner exit on throttle (due to spool / track width).
Stability was super, allmost to good. But as a beginner that's better than a slightly oversteered car.
Thanks all for the support. Let's keep it this way!
Greetings Joep
