I was wondering what versions of the TQ kit these were i see there's one with the Aluminum pack and the other with the carbon parts still...
I'm confused...
and anxious should i really wait for the O6 TQ kit or shoud i just go ahead and get one of the available ones on this site...

Apparently the TQ Kits are going to be shipping within the next few weeks so I would reccomend waiting. The TQ comes with alot of great parts and is well worth it.

I got a buddy to buy an XB8 (not TQ) and it came with the new body. That thing looks sweet

You picked up one of the TQ kits too? Man I can't wait to get mine. I hope the next shipment doesn't take a long time.

You plan on racing it any time soon? I'm curious to see how the long hard arms and the heavier aluminum pieces instead of the graphite affect the handling of the car.

Nah, I didn't get one. A buddy of mine just bought a new XB8 and it came with the new body and that stuff I mentioned. carolinasrc.com has the TQ in stock

Has anyone thats got a TQ kit noticed any changes to the spring holders on the bottom of the shocks? I've just bought some of the new long chunky TQ arms to put on my regular XB8 and in order to get the shocks to fit i've had to dremel some material away from the arm where the spring holder fouls it. I thought maybe they might of changed on the new ones for more clearance.

I also noticed that at full droop the underside webbing on the plastic steering knuckles fouls on the arm at full lock - it causes the arm to lift up. It's ok if youv'e got the aluminium knuckesl tho'.
