what you are checking when you check the car on the hudy block without the shocks connected is that the chassis and top deck are not tweaked and correctly alligned however when you then mount the shocks and check again on the hudy tweak station you are checking the ready to run tweak which can be caused by a multitude of things. What i would suggest is for you to check that all your shocks or at least both front and both rearare the same length (remove them from the car and fully extend them including the last bit of extension where you would adjust the damping with the clicks ((if your using adjustable shocks)) Also check that your droop screws are equal from side to side and if your checking tweak with the wheels on they also need to be the same diameter.

They're Xray springs so haven't given much though on checking them, but I'm sure they are. I will need to double-check though.

There can be some play in the shock tower mounting screws when mounted to the bulkheads. Make sure the shock towers are level when mounted to the bulkheads as I've seen this type of issue throw off my car's tweak in the past.

Also, make sure the top edge of the lower spring collars are the same distance from the bottom edge of the lower ball joint. Sometimes the lower ball joints can have slight differences on their top surface and this can affect how high the lower collars sit on them. If there is a difference, then the top adjustable collar pairs will have to be moved out of alignment with each other in order to keep the same distance (and therefore spring pre-load) between the top and lower collars of both shocks. It really doesn't matter if one spring sits a little higher/lower than the other in a pair, as long as the pre-load distance between their respective collars is equal.
