upper suspension arms - front

I have broken my front right upper arm. I have noticed the the arm the i took off was marked FL (front left?). The replacement arm that I put on is marked FR (front right?) but this dramatically changes the geometry of the suspension. If I were to change the left one (which is currently marked FR) I would have to severly lengthen the steering linkage arms from the factory setting length.

Even the diagrams in the book show what appears to be the FL arm going on the right side.

It includes set of both front upper arms.

I have toyed with the arms and now have them working. Didn't get much sleep - it actually dawned on me shortly after sending the email

- the confusion came from the markings, the lower arms are marked underneath the arms -when mounted correctly and I assumed the upper arms should be mounted with the markings on the bottom as well. Like I said...little sleep.

The best way to think about it is the front upper arms swoop back.
