XRAY - Model racing cars

I used to race with my Xray T2 and a freind used to run one as well. He used Tyre warmers and it gave him loads of traction for bout first 3 minutes of 5 minute race. Now you may think its an advantadge but at some compotishons you cant use them. Personaly i dont think you need them. Best thing to do is at your Local club ask drivers what they think to them or if they know anyone who has any and what they think to them.

Tyre warmers are really just to get the car to handle the same at the start of the race (when the tyres are usally cold) as it does at the end of the race (when the tyres are hot).
