XRAY - Model racing cars

Hallo there everyone i have an xray t1 evo2 freedom of choice and am getting fed up of having to pop the plastic ball joints off and was just wondering if the new xray fk ones would fit my car i mean the ones that screw into the steering arm and castor blocks on the front and the ones that srew into the rear upright they they look really cool and look a lot easier to take off any info about this would be very much appreciated all the best ben

Its easy, pop off the ball end and drill a hole in the cup big enough for the ball driver to pass through the cup, you can then unscrew the ball without fear of damaging the cup. The size I used is 3mm I think, the mod took only a few minutes with a battery drill.

Obviously start by taking the rods off the car and drill them with a flat piece of scrap wood behind them. Wear safety glasses at all times when using power tools.
