Well here's the deal. Before Spektrum and Nomadio, all the radios were analog. First Spektrum came out with digital modules to add to the current analog radios that gave them the benefits of an all digital radio except for the response increase because the signal still has to be converted from analog to digital.
Then Nomadio came out with a digital 2.4ghz spread spectrum radio.
Now Spektrum has come out with an all digital radio too called the DX3. Yes it includes the digital module but the difference between using their radio and using a Spektrum module equipped M8 is that the DX3 is also a digital radio while the M8, M11, 3PK, Z1, and all the others (except for the Nomadio) are still analog radios regardless of the module used.
So to sum it up, the Spektrum DX3 and the Nomadio should be faster than a PK3 or M8 whether M8 and PK3 are Spektrum equipped or not.
Is that still confusing?
