Yes, usually the 2mm chassis will better IF you don't have enough grip. Clearly that is not a problem you are suffering from :) . So if you have time switch to the 2.5mm chassis. Having said that, I don't think it will cure your problem. So the best thing to do is to either post your setup, or run Martin's setup like you suggested first so we know what settings you are using. Also try to determine which tires the car actually traction rolls over. Usually on corner entry it would be the front tires whereas mid-corner and corner exit traction rolls are caused by the rear tires. While you're at it, check the bottom of the chassis and make sure it isn't bottoming out during cornering (ride height!).

One thing you can try next time already is to increase the camber angles front and rear.

You could try a harder tyre like 28's or 32's.

Yes, what drewdc says is the right thing to try, Sorex 28 or even 32 with blue JB Foam inserts and a hard wheel (for instance the Orion Hard one).

I have on occasion even used Sorex 36 on carpet. If grip is very high this can work very well.

I would love traction roll to be quite honest. Check the pic below to see how slippery/shiney the surface is, you can see the reflection of the car on the surface. What on earth are the best tires to use :?: :?: :?:

I once heard that people when racing on wooden surface or something shiny and slippery they used to run foam tires but rub silicone on them so when it sets they are soft and grip quite well

but this was many many years ago and it might be aload of rubbish #

also, presuming that is ure car, A touring car bodyshell with a wing will grip better than that elise something like a stratus 1 are good for low grip situations

hope this helped
