Adam, the same kind of track conditions you described is what I have been running on lately but I have also run this set-up( 4-5-3 ) on dust, hard and blown out tracks and it seems to do really well. I have been wanting to try 7 in the center but the car allready feels pretty locked in. I just wonder if the 7 in the center would make the car little to nervous. Oh and the oil I run is the Xray oil.

I agree with Jason, I have found that 4,5,4 works best for Derek and that going to 7 in the center both times we tried it it did make the car much less forgiving and he said he hated it. 4,5,4 is what we will probobly stay with from now on.
