Rich, do you run at that track often? I will be headed there for the finals so can you give me some feedback on what the car likes and dislikes there? Set-ups and things to know about the track?

Jason, sorry for the slow response to your question.

I've run SV Speedway, the track for the RC Pro Finals, enough times to be comfortable with my setup. Just to give you the rundown; one of the larger tracks that I've run on, pretty deep and very wide. The surface is usually firm, they keep it watered primarily to keep the dust down. I would almost describe it as a blue groove track that hasn't grooved up yet. The layouts are usually fairly wide open with a few technical sections.

I usually run my base setup:



I normally go 5 to 10 weight heavier on the oil.

I hear you're running for Pro-line, so the tires of choice would be Crimefighter M2's with Impact foam, or the Inside Jobs if the dust is down.

Rich is your 5,7,2 diff setup on the setup you posted above using XRAY diff fluids or some other brand?

Jason and Troy, We are definitely going to try and get the XRAY team altogether in the pit area. That is the whole point in doing a nationals type race. Can't wait to meet a lot of new faces.

Nitroracer, 5, 7, 2 is XRAY oil.

What diff oil do you run in your buggy and truck?

Nate, I am running 4-5-3 currently in my buggy and I am running 7- 10-5 in my truck. I have not had allot of run time on the truck yet so this is the only diff oils that I have tried.
