XRAY - Model racing cars

i bought an xray a couple of days ago. It was missing about 6 different parts. I couldn't believe it. I contacted them and now i am having problems with there custemer service getting me the parts.

Didn't have any problems with my M18 kit...

That u missed some parts must be very rare... informed Xray yet?

yes, I have similar case by missing one tiny gear inside the packing.

it is really a disappointing experience for the fame of xray "quality"

lucky, the hobby shop keeper found an "extra" one for me.

Was the M18 a factory-sealed kit?
I too find this extremely strange... I have never heard of an XRAY kit missing a part, let alone six!

You have to remember that all the packages are packaged by humans, not by robots, and therefore as every human is just a human, sometimes an error may happen. Of course XRAY developed special packaging system that minimizes these errors to the lowest minimum, therefore from what is the feedback, XRAY kits are the ones who have the lowest rate of parts missing. As it is usual with XRAY's precision, this rate will be only improved. However I understand that sometimes some parts may be missing, but I am more than 100% sure that when a customer contacts XRAY with a request of missing part, he will be be definitely supported and serviced and will get the part. I can not agree what was posted here, that XRAY did not want to send the missing part. I guarantee that any missing part will be replaced. To make the replacement policy easier, I will have some kind of guidelines posted on customer support webpages.
