Ive read alot of good stuff on here.
I always strive my hardest just to run good clean laps. Usually as long as I am not marshalled I will run fast enough.
I firmly believe alot of the time slow is fast the 2 fastest guys in my area (region 2) are Chris Crews and Chad Phillips both are extremely smooth drivers who actually look like they are going slow meanwhile running the fastest laps.
I think their trick is to maintain traction, carry as much speed as possible through each corner, and stay out of trouble.
I try every race to mimic them as close as possible and I cant get their lap times but I do run smooth and clean and usually I make the main.
Hopefully the X-ray will get me a little closer to them. I used to run a Kanai 2 and never changed the set-up now I am assembling the XB8R and plan to upgrade it to full XB8 specs and really start to concentrate on learning set-up since there is so much good information in the manual and so many adjustment available to try.
