managed to bend.....

Oh yes

I managed Saterday after some radio interference to crash into the pit lane wall, made off concrete and bend my lower inside pivot axle in the rear. Aprox. 15 degrees..
1 plastic pivot holder was broken and both srews were screwed

So the plastic did win from the hardened steel...

iv managed to bent 2 front drive shafts at the same time before i had already broken a c hub so i was coming down the straight to get the car to my dad so he could take it off the track for me and this guys motor seized up in front of me and i ened up running straight into the back of him :oops:

it didnt touch his TC3 though

I'm not complaining about the rear construction :!:

I'm absolutely happy with the the fact that the pivot holders and screws are not stronger than the bulkheads.
And I had some extra hardened steel axles with me, so I drove again in 10 minutes :wink:

yep i modified it just a little for 19t but nothing too magor,

my friend managed to bend the post in the servo saver that you mentioned, i think you have to buy the whole assembly (well he did at least lol)

Nope, nothing else broke. I've managed to straighten the pivot pin since though and it dos'nt seem to have any effect on the steering.

The only thing I broke at Bedworth was a rear shock and a rear arm, after I backed it into the wall while going flat out :oops:

if anybody bends another one during a BTCC or BRCA stock national meeting i have a servo saver assembaly from the raycer if anybody is in need of 1. just come and see me ( i normally pit at the orange VW camper at btcc and grey shed like volvo at brca lol )

I've stripped a screw into the right rear bulkhead and demolished the threads trying to get it out. If anyone in the US has bought an extra set to use any of the other bulkheads from the set, please PM me so I can purchase a right rear from you. I'm paypal ready! Thanks.
