This is a special thread where you should post and report any problems you experience with the XRAY products. Please report if you have any problems related to:
missing parts
quality problems
performance problems
products availability problem
problem with a customer support
any other problem related with XRAY products.
This special thread was created to keep all the reports/complaints/blaims from XRAY members in one place to enable the customer service department and the TQM (Total Quality Management) staff to monitor for any problems.
When posting a problem report, please do following:
always describe the problem in as many details as possible
whenever possible link a photo which shows your problem
have your profile updated and show your location (Country, State) so customer service department can forward you to the local distributor if neccessary
always keep receipt from your product as well the serial number of your kit (Certificate) which may be requested by service staff/distributor in case you will need any replacement/exchange
if you have a problem and are upset, cool down first and report the problem in a well-behaved manner, the interest of XRAY is to help you out
Use this thread to report problems only. Do not ask technical/set-up/commercial questions in this thread.
Do NOT duplicate posts and make sure to post any problem report ONLY in this thread. Any problem report posted in other threads will be removed by admins/moderators.
