Sorry guys, but a .078 inch wrench is actually smaller than the 2mm (0.0787inch) one.

I don't know what the Hudy manufacturing tolerence is, but I'm guessing that you got your hands on a 0.078 that's at the top of the + range.

Personally, I think it's the screws that are out of tolerence on the newest kits.

I think it's not a real 'problem'. But I throw away screws which are slightly damaged or worn.
And I see a lot of other xray drivers doing the same.
On average I guess 1 screws per complete overhaul.
Did that with the EVO2 / FK04 & 05. And if you really overtight them no hudy tool helps.

Maybe you should practice to screw on older cars


I assembled a brandnew 05kit yesterday, it worked perfect (as always) with Hudy Tools AND ALSO WITH CHEAPER(but also grinded) NONAME TOOLS!
