If you remove the screws from the rear of the front bulkheads, it makes it very easy to bend the bulkhead...
I never tried this, but one of the local fast guys did, after the first night he checked his car to find one of the bulkheads was bent between the middle and the rear. The front arm mounts at the rear of the bulkhead, giving an impact with the wheel alot of leverage against the bulkhead.
If you never hit anything... go right ahead...
If you aren't one of those people... (like me) don't do this unless you have money to burn...
