Truggy Conversion Project

Hey ya'll. My name is Matt. I'm in 9th grade and in IB. I have to do a personal project and i decided to make a truggy from xray and custom machined parts. I'll post my progress and pics here as i go along. So far i've designed the chassis, the front arms, and the top steering plate. i'm gonna run a rear shock tower in the front with some rear shocks and modified front upper arms(think rear upper arms and you've got it). instead of trying to maching arms that can accept the adjustable captured outered hingepins i decided to just use a screw on each side to capture them, though the caster wont be adjustable. I do, however, have a few questions for you all. First-does anyone know the amount of teeth on the JT truggy conversion for the inferno? Second does anyone know the height of the diff risers on that same kit. Third what is the purpose of raising the steering servo in that same truggy kit? Fourth what is the difference between the radio plate in that kit and the stock one? And lastly what do truggies run for bodies? like are regular MT bodies wide enough to cover everything? I'll try to post some pics tomorrow and post my progress as i go along.

if i run the ue 23mm adapters and 40 series wabashes will i have rubbbing problems?

anyone know what a good spur gear matieral would be? steel i know but cold roll, stainless?

jt racing makes a spur for the mbx5 and the x5 center dif fits in the xb8. problem solved.
OR try a dominator spur gear.you may get lucky.
