Hi, what do you mean by the speedo limit please? do you mean the punch the speedo gives? If so, I will try and find out how to change this, as the Hara speedo can only be set up through a personal computer or a hand held tuning device. Thank you very much for your help.

Eitherway, just got back from Bedworth from TORC, and im having problems with my KO VFS-1, same esc etc.
Im not sure whats wrong with it, but i'd just like to get a little clarity by Martin Hudy's comment of the ESC cutting out after 3min, as it sounds similar to what im having, but its doing it almost like the cells are dead, but thats definately not the case as i ran a 2nd set once the meeting was finished and the same thing happened, i didnt try it, but i think if i'd have switched it on & off, it may have been fine, it definately worked when removing the Shotki (wasnt sure if i'd blown it).

Also, you dont need the PC based software to adjust the Hara Twister esc, the VFS-1 setting adapter should work, it does with the Yokomo branded version as we tried this on a mates ESC last friday and it was fine, think these are about £40 a go, i bought 2 of these ESCs, one with the doofer, one without, not like I need 2!

Im not sure if KO would be able to help in this matter, it depends how much responsibility they take for a Hara badged product, however RCTech does have a VFS-1 thread which has a user 'KO Staff' who pops in and might be able to offer assistance if the regulars in there cant.
Ive just posted my problem and was told of this thread just now.

Personally i think my problem is more serious than a heat related cut-off issue, especially as im running a 27t motor!

With the VFS Setting device you can limit the current. Standart setting of a Hara 2 is full open, 220A.
You habe a Frequency of 3,6Mhz for each trottle step.
THe Hara might be a litte different, because I´ve got a normal KoPro VFS1.
