i amnaged to grip that stupid snap ring with some sissors, realy small ones, the only problem with doing the diff is this part, once it is out its all easy, you just need to find something small enough to grip the holes on the snap ring, like i said, i ended up using sissors!!!!!

Snap ring pliers can be found at nearly any automobile shop that sells any type of tools. Usually there are two types; one for inner snap rings (you must compress the snap ring to open) and one for outter snap rings (you must expand the snap ring to open). Make sure that you get the right type (some are also made that will handle both types by changing the pivot point - these are my favorite). Some have interchangable tips that will allow you to use them on different size snap rings. In any event make sure that you get one with the proper size tip to fit your application.

Great car. The only real downside is the price of replacement and option parts and that it is really a bare bones kit not a luxury kit.

Well, i have to admit that i'm not an expert in building rc cars . I have a losi xxx-s and a hpi pro 4 but the building was easy and without any difficulties...

I have a job since 2004 and have unfortunately less time to build and prepare rc cars. So, i'm looking for a rc car that is easy to build and which demands not a lot of preparation...

Your explantations about how to "repair" the diff were welcome. Thanks.

I have Nosram VTEC 3700 batteries. Do i have to fill the battery slots of the T1 chassis ? Filling the battery slots is a long and messy job... i've done it for my pro 4 and don't want to do it again... except there is no choice...
